A machine used in packaging processes to insert products into sleeves for wrapping or protection. Hygienic design. Manages most shapes of bowls, cups, cans or trays. Version for 30 pcs/minute to 70 pcs/minutes. The oldest delivery has been in continuous production for over 20 years. IP65 as standard, IP68 as optional.
Carton Packer
a machine used for packaging products into cartons or cases. Typically, solutions include product orientation, carton or case erecting, product insertion and sealing/closing. Jepptech offers subsystems for orientation by using conveyors, sensors, robots to orient and form product configuration of rows or stacks.
Indexing-chain drive reach typically 15 cartons a minute. This has been used for pastry, tools or medicals. Continuous motion machines drive up to 60 packages in minute. References include packaging of biscuits, pouches or energy bars.
Group Packaging Machine
A machine to pack individually packed products into group packaging for transport, storage and display. Typically, corrugated cardboard is used. The main functions are product collation to desired configuration, carton forming (boxes, trays, sleeves), loading grouped products to carton, carton sealing and possible labeling or marking.
Delivered machines have capacity for between 4 to 20 boxes and handle up to 150 products in a minute.
Tray Former
A machine to automatically assemble flat carton or corrugated blanks into trays, often used in packaging processes. A typical tray former operating sequence includes blank feeding, blank positioning, folding, gluing or sealing and tray ejection.
There are versions for hot-clue application and mechanical locking.
